Give filtered light and steady light moisture. Keep the small arching fronds away from dry heating vents and cold drafts.
Use a container with drainage and a secure support rated for its fully watered weight. Check moisture at the root ball and empty collected drainage water.

Keep mix evenly lightly moist; water as the surface approaches dryness, then drain completely.
Organic indoor mix with perlite; avoid dense garden soil and buried rhizomes.
Use a complete liquid houseplant fertilizer about monthly while actively growing in spring and summer, at the product label rate. Pause in dim winter conditions or whenever growth stops; do not feed a dry or stressed plant.
Aim for 18–26°C indoors; protect from sudden temperature changes and cold drafts.
Prefer humid air, roughly 50–65%, with ventilation; heated winter rooms can be challenging.
During darker Metro Vancouver autumn and winter days, check moisture before watering and lengthen the interval as growth slows. Reassess daylight in spring and repot only if roots crowd the container.
Safety information needs confirmation; keep out of reach.
