These terms explain how to use The Golden Bazaar website and what to expect when shopping with us. Our store is located at 608 6th Avenue, New Westminster, BC V3M 2B2, Canada.

Our catalogue and online ordering

The website is currently a viewing-only catalogue. Purchases are made in store only; online ordering is not available. Saving a product, adding it to a product list or preparing an inquiry does not place an order, reserve stock or make a payment.

When online purchasing becomes available, you will be able to review the items, quantities, prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and relevant policies before agreeing to a purchase. The ordering process must be completed before an online purchase is placed.

Product information and availability

Our catalogue includes current and planned products. A listing does not guarantee availability. Items marked “Coming soon” are previews of a planned range. Contact us if you need to confirm a product’s size, colour, contents or availability.

We aim to keep product descriptions and photographs accurate. Colours can look different on different screens. If an item does not match its description or arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us for help under our Return Policy and your statutory rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are not currently shown online. Please ask our team for current in-store prices in Canadian dollars. Before a purchase is completed, applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown as part of the total, along with the available payment methods.

If we discover a material pricing or product-description error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain it and arrange an appropriate resolution. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. This does not limit your legal rights.

Pickup and delivery

Our Shipping & Pickup policy describes planned collection and delivery options. Please check address eligibility and the delivery arrangements provided for your order before purchasing.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Include your order number and the change you need. We will confirm whether the request can be completed before your order is collected or dispatched.

For a change of mind after collection or dispatch, follow our Return Policy. Any cancellation or refund rights provided by law continue to apply independently of that policy.

Privacy and customer messages

Our Privacy Notice explains how this website handles saved products, product lists, opening notifications and prepared messages. The customer-service form prepares a message for you to send; it does not send the message automatically.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access private administration areas without permission, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or impersonate another person.

Your consumer rights and policy updates

Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws. Mandatory legal protections take priority if they conflict with these terms.

We may update website information and these terms for future use and purchases. A later update will not reduce the rights or change the agreed terms of an existing purchase without your agreement where required by law.
